The twelve lanes we run most
Every corridor on this list is one our own trucks run week in and week out, with Cortez Banks steering the long-distance operation. With I-40 and I-55 meeting right here, Memphis reaches most of Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi — and the wider Mid-South — in a day or two. It’s the logistics crossroads that built this into a FedEx town.
Every corridor gets a flat rate committed to paper before anything is loaded, each mile covered by the US DOT and MC authority we carry ourselves.

Where a 1-bedroom flat rate tends to start
Under 100 miles — Jonesboro, Oxford, Jackson TN, Tupelo — a one-bedroom opens near $1,300–$1,950. The middle distances of Little Rock, Nashville, Jackson MS and Birmingham sit around $1,650–$2,450. The far runs to St. Louis, Chattanooga, Knoxville and Dallas begin closer to $2,050–$2,900. Bigger homes we quote by the cubic foot, going room to room and putting the total on paper first.
One crew, both ends
Whichever lane you’re on, the same Memphis crew that wrapped and tied down your load is the one carrying it off at the destination — the middle leg isn’t farmed out, and no day-hire is brought in for the drop. Request a written long-haul quote and Cortez plots the whole trip, first box through last.
