Privacy, straight up
Browse a page or two here, or send a quote, and the site records a little as you go. What’s below covers all of it — the data we gather, the reason, everyone who might see it, and how you erase it — no fine print. Questions land with us through the contact page.
The line we won’t cross
We don’t sell what you give us. Lead-gen shops, directory listings, broker networks — none of them get it, and no one here earns a cut for passing it on.
If a competing mover cold-calls you already aware of your move, the leak wasn’t from here — trading your details simply isn’t something we do.
What ends up stored
- Your form entries — a phone number, the two addresses, the floor and building type, your intended date, and anything else that bears on the flat rate.
- Tallies, not identities — which Memphis pages get traffic, never traced to one person.
- A line about your call — the date you rang and what we quoted; no recording is kept.
Who else might see it
- A payment processor handles deposits, which keeps whole card numbers off our equipment entirely.
- Our insurer receives only a name and address, and only when a landlord asks for a COI.
- And that’s it. No brokers of any kind; anything like remarketing goes no further than plain analytics.
Deleting your file
Would you rather we didn’t hold your form details? Let us know via the contact page; it’s gone inside five business days and we’ll confirm by email.
Cookies and updates
Only two cookies here — one runs your session, one powers basic analytics. Wipe them any time and the quote form behaves exactly as before. Should this page change in any real way, we re-date it and notify anyone with a live quote.
